The Membership Committee is responsible for encouraging qualified geoscientists to join the HGS. |
| The committee also checks and verifies applications and forwards new member applications (with recommendations) to the Secretary before the monthly Board meeting. In addition, the Committee initiates the mailing of the dues. |
